Ingredients
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
Directions
1.Combine the coconut milk and condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
2.Dissolve the cornstarch in water and gradually add to the saucepan while stirring continuously.
3.Add the corn kernels and continue stirring until thick.
4.Transfer to a greased dish and allow to cool.
5.Top with toasted coconut flakes before serving.
