Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck, cubed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup liver spread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the beef and cook until browned.
3. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until the beef is tender.
4. Add the potatoes and carrots. Cook for 15 minutes.
5. Stir in the liver spread, peanut butter, and bell pepper.
6. Cook for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
