Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
