 Ingredients
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup sweetened saba bananas
  • 1 cup sweetened jackfruit
  • 1 cup sweetened beans
  • 1 cup nata de coco
  • 1 cup coconut strips
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 scoops ube ice cream
  • 1/2 cup leche flan, sliced

Directions

1.Divide the sweetened fruits, beans, nata de coco, and coconut strips among tall glasses.

2.Fill each glass with crushed ice.

3.Pour evaporated milk over the ice.

4.Top with ube ice cream and slices of leche flan.

5.Mix thoroughly before eating.
