Ingredients
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup sliced saba bananas
- 1 cup diced sweet potatoes
- 1 cup jackfruit strips
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 3/4 cup sugar
Directions
1. Combine the glutinous rice flour and water to form a dough. Shape into small balls.
2. Cook the tapioca pearls according to package directions.
3. In a large pot, bring the coconut milk to a gentle simmer.
4. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until tender.
5. Add the saba bananas, jackfruit, cooked tapioca pearls, and rice balls.
6. Stir in the sugar and cook until the rice balls float.
7. Serve warm.
