Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 18 small cheese cubes
Directions
1. Combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
3.Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until smooth.
4. Fill puto molds halfway with batter and top each with a cheese cube.
5. Steam for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Serve warm.
