Ingredients
- 2 pounds grated cassava
- 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup coconut milk
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Combine the cassava, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter, and coconut milk.
3. Pour into the prepared dish.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until set and lightly golden.
5. Allow to cool before slicing.
