Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 carrots, cubed
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Directions

1. Marinate the pork in soy sauce for 20 minutes.

2. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic.

3. Add the pork and cook until lightly browned.

4. Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.

5. Add the potatoes and carrots. Cook until tender.

6. Stir in the raisins and bell pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
